Terms of Service

We accept a maximum of 5 free trial clients per month. Approval is at our sole discretion. During the trial, we provide the services described on our website. There is no obligation to continue with a paid plan after the trial ends.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Work begins after payment is received. We do not negotiate or discount our published prices. Extra work outside the agreed scope is billed separately and confirmed in writing before we start.

Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer. International clients may pay via Stripe or PayPal where available.

You may cancel at any time. If you don't pay for the upcoming month, work simply pauses — no termination fee. We do not refund payments for the current month.

If you stop paying and we lose contact, we will keep your accounts and assets safe for six (6) months. After that period, accounts and creative assets may be deleted permanently.

All creative work delivered to you — designs, photographs, videos, copy — becomes yours once payment for the relevant period is complete. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask otherwise in writing.

Custom requests are typically delivered within 24–48 hours, with one week as the maximum. We send a preview before posting where required. Silence beyond 48 hours after a preview is treated as approval.

We do not accept clients in the following categories: gambling, cryptocurrency, adult content, or multi-level marketing (MLM).

We aim for great results, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, follower counts, ranking). Social platforms change their algorithms; consumer behavior changes; we work with what we can control.
